Who knows when is changing the hour to real time again (one hour less in usa)

Daylight Saving Time begins for most of the United States at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of April. Time reverts to standard time at 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday of October. In the U.S., each time zone switches at a different time.

Well, apparently Mr. Bush didn't like the idea of the clock "falling back" on October 29th, and wants to get it changed to some time in November. I don't know if he's managed to do that.

This always occurs at 2:00 a.m. on the Sunday (Saturday night) before Halloween.
