So here is the thing I have been using Nosespray for over 10 yrs and my boyfriend and I well mostly me cause I hate that he smokes that I would give up nosespray and he would give up smoking well is there any way to get off nosespray somewhat easy??

If you are trying to quit nose spray I would suggest starting to smoke. One bad habit usually breaks another. Good Luck!

um.. i dont think u should give up medicine for smoking it just doesnt balance, maybe if he gave up smoking u would be able to quit snorting..
