is this a correct sentence?and what does its mean?do you think its embarrasing to greet like this?

Okay first thing first....i think you have it wrong. There is no "to my" in it. No, it's not correct. Yes, it's extremely embarassing...in fact I was a little embarassed to admit that I knew you had the sentence wrong. I don't know where you live, but I live in the south and guys say it all the time, especially guys of my race. I have no clue why, 9 times out of 10 the guy they're talking to is NOT their cousin. It's simply slang so please don't use it. It's stupid, unattractive, and well.....it makes you look like a fool.

No, neither is a correct sentence.

"What's up? What the hell is happening to my little cousin?" is perhaps what you mean, but it's certainly not a greeting!

No it is not a correct sentence. It is a grammatical
abomination of the English language. I believe it is
street slang for ' Hello. How are you doing?'
