Sorry to disagree with you, but the all time best actor to portray Dr. Who was Tom Baker.

I think it was Peter Davidson, the Doctor dressed in the cricket outfit. He was the fifth Doctor or known as the fourth regeneration

i just started watching last season.. so i like christopher eccleston... it's hard to find dr.who on in the usa...
