is it natural to have a dry mouth after staying up for at least 12 hours?

depends on weather you have had a good nights sleep before hand , or if you are taking medication which may not agree with you, or if you are dehydrated or it could well be you have got boarder line diabetes ,it might even be related to a nerves on a more serious matter it could be related to cancer.
please make it a priority and see a doctor

no. Most people stay up at least 12 hours every day. Dry mouth is not a result of that.
