We will never know for sure, but as North Korea has been concentrating on nuclear weapons for its` own use, I doubt there has been the time or money available to enable them to enter the arms trade, especially as it would have been necessary to keep a low profile during the development period.I cannot recall having heard or seen anything to connect them to arms sales from any source at all. So I think we should be safe in assuming that the answer to that question is "No". I cannot understand why people are so frantic about Korea. Do you really imagine they will want a nuclear war, to allow radiation fall-out to poison it`s people and devastate it`s land? They are not suicidal, they want to continue living just as we do.

From what I can tell, not many. They are a small nation, with poor weapons.
