If someone works say till 2am .....can work schudule you then at 11am that morning again to be in that day?? I thought they couldnt do that but my friend is telling me they can. Someone PLZZ help to anwser this question..thanks.

yes, they can do it. working until 2 is considered the end of the previous work day and going at 11 is the start of a new work day.

yeah at 2 am u complete ur that days work at 11am u start ur new day

They can and often do in retail and fast food businesses. Only if you have a contract can your employer be restrained from making you do otherwise.

it depends on what kind of work you do, it also depends on the company's policy,I guess your not unionized.
