This is mostly for older people... let's say over 30... but anybody can answer if they want to!!

Remember when you were little (especially if you are a lady) and you used to skip all the time? (Where you hop on one foot then hop on the other foot... all smooth and rhythmically.)

It was almost time to go home from the office today, and we got to talking about that, showing "how it is done"-- and some of us seem to have lost the ability to skip!!

Who knew that was a skill a person could lose or "unlearn"..?? I was shocked!

So-- when you answer, if you'd like to give your age group (20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, etc) that would be interesting, too.

I can still skip I'm 36.

The funny thing is that all the people answering yes has tried it recently.

Can skip do a split and 1 armed pull ups not bad for 43 with neck and back broken 3 times each by the grace of God there must be a plan for me.

I can skip, I can do the hula hoop, I can probably do a cartwheel, but have not had the occasion to try it lately! 60's! Good gene pool!

Yes, I can still skip; I do it sometimes with friends' children! I'm in my 30s.
