Have you ever done it yourself? please share your results. keep in mind that i am very patient but...........it sounds to good to be true or everyone would do it. costwise, anyways. just wondered cause i'm usually broke.

first it has to be a ink jet cartridge buy a kit drill small hole in top and fill very simple

It's a great idea in general , but .... my problem was the hole on top. If it is not sealed properly, all the ink will run out the bottom and make the biggest gosh darn mess you could ever find. LOL
Maybe I will give it another shot anyway next time . Sure is a big saving .

I've heard different stories about it. Some good some bad.
I don't do it myself. Purchase online with free shipping is the best bet.

Btw, some office supply places will give you a free ream of printer paper for your empty ink cartridges.'

They sell the refill kits, I have done this a few times but haven't had real good luck with it, I find it easier to just buy new ones or find a place that will do them for you, they might do a better job.

there are places where you can recycle old ink cartridges. you might check your local office supply store.
