What is your take? Do you believe there is a real threat to be worried about? I would be more worried about NK selling to Al Queda or another religious radical group and not NK directly.

If the NoKos really have any workable nukes the biggest threat will be exporting the things to outrside terror groups. The problem right now for them is that their technology is so primitive that anything they have would be too big and bulky to be of much value. Once they get it down to suitcase size then there will be something to worry about, but as long as the size is still 15 to 20 feet there is not much of a danger.

As of right now most of their noise is just bellicose bullying and not much else.

I don't think that it poses a real threat to the United States, but it is obviously a little bit of a threat to Asian countries near North Korea. I think in the hostile political climate of our era, though, that any such acts should be taken seriously. Especially considering, like you said, the fact that radical groups could use such weapons to pose an even bigger threat to the United States.

Except Saudi Arabia or in Africa they are gaining strength.
While they are busy in the rich oil fields. The terriorists are even free of the UN in Africa. They have money and they wouldn't hesitate to kill other muslims. They are doing it already.
