send them to Poland cos all their people are over here and they really need to stock up again.

I was in jail in Florida for something bogus, and i realized that most of the poeple there are not very educated. But current thinking punishes the crimal instead of rehabilating him. Were I was they didn't have anything that they could learn to study forcing many of them into the revolviong door that is the American Criminal/Justice system. In Jails and prison that offer vocational, college, or even high school classes, wardens report less returning convicts. They even state that educating a convict costs less then incarcerating them. But we live in a society that seeks retribution. On a personal note When I saw the amount of people who could not even read their onw names I realized that this is a real problem.

you can start by putting them in the ground that will free up prisons,and reduce re-offending.
