What are some good multiplayer games for PC

pin ball and bowling and racing that requires at least two players to even make it intresting also golf and cards and backgammon

You aren't going to find many multiplayer games on pcs unless their linked through a home network, or a sports game where you can plug in multiple game pads to play. Most games for the pc are meant as single player, and most Multiplayer ones are meant for online.
Off the top of my head, the only ones I would be able to think of are sports and/or game show games, like Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Madden 07 (or any Madden series game), EA Sports lineup including Hockey, Soccer, Football...

unreal tournament , unreal tourmanet 2004 , cod 2 , quake 4 , cod , and when its comes out unreal tourmanet 2007 . most of them theres a single player to them

try age of empire 3, need for speed most wanted, battlefield, call of duty, painkiller, unreal tournament .... etc
