Brick or stone houses have been around for years and still standing strong. I chose Brick or Stone.

I'm going to go with brick house and metal shingle. Siding, I'm going to say vinyl, one of my neighbors had vinyl siding put on their house about 10 or so years ago, and never had to do anything to it, except the occasional housing it down with water (unless, of course, it rains, but we did have about 4 or so years of drought...). All based on ease of maintenance, long lasting durability, etc. I don't know about the ceramin roof, never heard of it or hemp siding or wood, to be honest with you. Brick houses last longer, but anything can change in a tornado!

Exterior Interior wood is Cyprus or Cedar, it resists rot and insects. Cedar Shake Shingles are also good. Ceramics are nice, lots less to work on.but criteria almost forbids Ceramics or Synthetics.
One big outfit lumberyard mart, sells some neato Eco products, is like Exterior Wood made from old torn down houses and junk. If I was building again, I would use that product, or a very like one in all jobs.

All of above without siding, single story with courtyard; house must be designed by an architect who utilizes quality recycled materials.
