Call a bathroom design company to get an idea. If you purchase another from them they can be very helpful.
You can check to see if it will fit threw your doors first. If it doesn't you may want to consider getting it refinished.

Don't. You could cause major damage, to your flooring, et al, or yourself. If you have friends that know how, ask them for a favor, but this is a job for professionals otherwise.

Assuming you don't want to destroy it.

if it is next to wall, and you want to save it, you need to move some wall to get out. if you don't care about saving it, sawzall and/or sledge hammer, HAHAHAHA. have fun, be carfull
