When it comes to defects I think it is okay, but i seriously feel bad for people who get it because it is a shame> To me at least.

Plastic surgery shouldn't be legal. It should only be for those with defects, women who's had breast cancer or people who get disfigured in accidents.
It shouldn't be legal for vanity or because you think it will help your career. Unfortunately they only think about money, and there is A LOT of money in peoples low self esteem.
I can't respect a person who's had plastic surgery, it says too much negative about them as a character in my opinion.
People need to accept reality, what is given to you by nature. It's not their own looks people should be changing, it is people who shouldn't judge other peoples looks. I am sure if everyone got compliments for their looks and didn't get the "ideals" shoved in their face all the time (media) they wouldn't get so many insecurities about their appearance.
Be happy the way you are. Your "flaws" are what makes you perfect in the right one's eyes.

I think it depends on the situation.............if you are just superficial and want to get everything done then you just have some self issues. If you have a baby for example and your tummy doesn't look the same then I think it's ok. I wanted to get my nose done for a long time but not anymore because that's pretty extreme.

well i wouldn't mind having a tummy tuck ,because of a c-sec sit ups alone have not gotten it back to pre pregnancy shape
