i wear contacts and im goin to the eye doc next week, i want 2 know if night and day contacts, the ones you leave in for a month without taking them out at night, are any good? should i get those or should i get the accuve ones i always get??? opinons?? suggestions???

I had the day/night contacts for a while, and I liked them a lot.
Unfortunately, I got in the habit of wearing them for longer than a month and on two occasions my eyes became so irritated that I had to take time off from work, stay home, and recover. Also, since contacts cut off the oxygen to the eyes, my doctor noticed that new blood vessels started growing in the sclera (the white part of the eye).
If you decide to get these contacts, just don't leave them in longer than advised by your eye doctor!

Yes, tried it, disliked it after 3 weeks and got the daily contacts instead. They feel much better, cleaner. My eyes were building up too much stuff on the lenses after fa few days and started to feel "uncomfortable"
