has anyone ever use any kind of make up like bare minerals, or anything like that. if so is it good makeup and do you have to have powder and foudation or is it all in one, and do you need to use the make up brushes that go with it. is it good for senative skin, i have very oily skin that is prone to break outs and i was wondering if it would be good to use that type of make up.

Go to www.everydayminerals.com.

You get to pick 3 shades and types of foundation, a concealer, and a blush and you only pay shipping, depending on where you live.

I'm from NY and it only cost $3.48. Each comes in a small lip-gloss type plastic pot.

They tell you it is a 2-3 day supply of each, but mine all lasted a full week!

The make-up goes on silky and blended well. It lasted all day and didn't feel heavy.

Good Luck!

Yes. I have oily skin, broken capillaries, dark circles under my eyes. It's nice because it doesn't clog your pores, you control the coverage and it has a SPF15. If you're near either a Bare Escentuals boutique or Sephora stop in and check it out. Both stores carry a starter kit which runs $60-$75, it has 2 foundation shades, warmth, mineral veil, 3 brushes and an instructional DVD. It has everything you need to try it out, if you don't like it you can return it, so you're not really out anything.
You should give it a try, using the brushes that are made for it makes a big difference in how it goes on and the coverage you get. A little goes a long way, also you'll find that it'll last you longer than you think it will. Another nice thing is that you can play around with it find out what works best for you. There's no real right or wrong way to wear it.
Give it a try and good luck!!

I use Bare Minerals and I love it. I have tried the store brands (Physicians Formula and Loreal) of mineral make up but Bare Minerals is by far better. It is all in one and has good coverage. I only use the brush that comes with it and it is great too. I think it would good for your sensitive skin. You can order a try me kit from QVC and it has a few different smaller sized things in it like the powder foundation, blush, all over color, etc. It is well worth the money and it really isn't that expensive.

I wear only eye make-up..I was fortunate to get great skin...but in your case, I had a friend once who had the same problem as you. First, it's never a good idea to touch your skin..even applying makeup. Your oils from your hands and fingers combine with the oils on your face. Second, try avoiding anything that clogs pores. Your dermatologist will have meds for your skin. Try to avoid foundation if at all possible. It creates aging and fine lines that will never go away even when you oily skin does. But Bare minerals/Essentials is great makeup because it has no harmful chemicals. I use it on my eyes and it's great stuff!

I have used Bare Minerals, it can tend to be too shiny for my taste. It is also messy in fact the container dropped today and the lid came off and it's all gone!

I like Jane Iredale the best BUT it's hard to find and I order online and it's very expensive, about $48. It gives a beautiful natural look. I use oil-free moisturizer and let that set a few minutes, then apply. I've had many compliments on how it looks.

My daughter says Physician's Formula isn't too bad, that's what she uses. A brush always works best, you can buy them anywhere.

Try the www.makeupalley.com site, you can have a free registration and they have tons of reviews, I use it sometimes.

i use the bare minerals spf 25 foundation and i love it. a little bit goes a long way and its really good for oily skin. i have a blush by bare minerals, too but sometimes i just put on the foundation, so no, you dont need anything other than that. i suggest using the brushes for it since they're designed to work with the product and theyre really soft too, so i like them. another really good product by bare minerals that i suggest is the mineral veil powder. it goes on over your makeup, its sheer, and it makes your skin look really soft, smooth, and even.

I have to put in my two cents about Bare Minerals too. It is the most fantastic product! Easy to apply, flawless coverage for a simply natural, radiant complexion.

The brushes that come in the starter kit are fabulous. Better than any other make up brushes I have ever tried.

Starter kit is available at Sephora for $60, which may seem pricey...but is an excellent value.

I have your kind of skin, and I just started using the Revlon knock off of Bare Minerals, and it is wonderful. I think Target has it on sale this week, for $10, so do try it. I used too much once and it turned my fair skin a little orange, but I just had to wipe it off and start again. It lasts forever on your skin, and it covered up my redness really well. It is all the foundation you need, nothing else, and I honestly really like it, so do try it.

I have and it is AWESOME! Yes it is all in one and it is better to use the brushes unless you feel like buying some from some where else but it is easier because they send the right brush sizes in the package. It is very good for sensative skin.I know it is alittle expensive but if you have sensative skin nothing else is better.
