She should speak with her mother, or a trusted older aunt or sister. If she doesn't have access to one, or if she doesn't feel comfortable talking to them, she should talk to her doctor. If she doesn't have a doctor, the school nurse. Failing all that, refer her to these websites:

yeah yeah, i cant really help you because you need a little more detail, see if you told us that she was throwing a bicylcle or a motorcycle or a tricycle, ect. i could of helped, sorry (and thanx for the extra two points!)

It depends on if she is throwing a bicycle or a motorcycle! (bicycles are lighter and easier to throw!)
