10 to 12 weeks if it's a Government office! LOL

But it is usually the actual days a business is open, not counting weekends or holidays. So 5 business days from Thursday would be the next Thursday (Fri, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs)

They usually say 4-5 to give them a cusion for possible delays or when they actually get it sent out (that day or they have to wait till the next)

4-5 business days means mini 4 BDs and maxi 5 BDs.

These days consider only working days of the enterprises to which they belong.

while calculating BDs, holidays, weekend and other off are not counted.

Suppose on thursday u have told to come after 4 BDs. now count BDs, 1 friday, 2nd saturday(if not off), sunday skipped, monday christmas (assume) skip it too, 3rd Tuesday, and 4th Wednesday. You shud go on Wednesday.
