With this many people online, someone having your name should not be surprising. Just choose another name or add some numbers/symbols to the end.
If someone is using your e-mail address, change the password for your e-mail account (using another computer) and have them reset the account with your e-mail attached to it (lost password). If that is no easy fix, call them and ask for help.
You may want to check your computer for spyware and viruses, and be more carefull with your passwords.
