I'd definatly go with an auction house. They can get you more then it's worth plus they can give you an honest estimate of it's worth.

Try the small book shops in Charring Cross Road, London. Also, opposite the British Museum you can find a few shops that specialise in old books and maps.

In a good Auction House. They would give you a Valuation. Then after the auction they would charge Commission and V.A.T.

the extended edition basically is the original version with extra scenes added, but no, not really. but why would you want to watch the regular version if you have the extended versions, they are so much better.

on charing cross road are loads of specialist second-hand bookshops who'll be able to point you in the right direction - may i especially recommend Marchpane - 16 Cecil Court, WC2N 4HE who sell rare and valuable illustrated children's books. if they can't help you i'm sure they'll know who can. christie's might be worth asking, too. good luck!

definitely at auction, a rare book dealer will give you a price that is less than they think they can sell it on for later.
