i mean, with child labour, poverty, dieing people, and there is so much more that we could be doing!!! i know this is a touchy subject, especialy since some of us are trying to do our best, but i still say that there is certainly more that we could be doin what do you say?

It's coming to tomorrow. There was and always will be hunger, poverty and wars. That's humanity. Sorry, but there will always be a yin and a yang, there is always a struggle for power, someone winning and loosing in this global game. Look at good fortunes of some African countries, their currency strengthened so much, they have difficulty exporting.
Nevertheless, keep on doing the good deeds, it does positively impact people.

Samantha, I wonder this everyday! I feel sorry for the world and the stupid people that cause this chaos. I just believe that one must do everything that he or she can do to make the world a better place, even if its by starting just with a smile and I always turn to God and ask Him for help, because I feel He is the only One that can truly help our tired, weary souls.
What more can we do other than that when there are always people trying to work against good?

well the amount of child labor, poverty, & dying people sure hasn't increased in the past century or so, so just be happy about that. Even though the numbers are still high, it will keep on lowering, & lowering everyday....not much a day, but at least it's lowering =)

These so called problems will never go away,
If you eliminate child labour, people in those countries that use it would starve and well as the child.
dieing people? People die every day, its a natural part of living.
if no one died, the earth would become even more overpopulated than it is and that would cause countries to go to war to get more land for their people.
It isn't OUR responsibility to take care of the whole world, People need to take responsibility for themselves.
UTOPIA does NOT exist, get over it.
Are you willing to work in the fields picking lettuce? I think not, Someone has to do it and no one wants to pay $5 a head for lettuce.

Yes, there is more we can do. Stop doing our thing, turn to God, fully trust him and allow him to have full control of our lives. Do this, you will see and experience changes.
