I have a friend at work and him and I get along great. We hang out outside of work and him and I are always laughing and having a great time. I'll admit hes really good looking, but it doesnt go any further than that. He has a girlfriend, I have a boyfriend. Do you think its possible for two people of the opposite sex to be friends without feelings interfering? I often wonder how he feels about me at times, because I'd never wanna jeopardize our friendship.

Definitly it's okay. I have a male friend and I spend the night at his place when I can't get any sleep at mine. There's no attachment other than friendship and I feel comfortable talking to him about stuff. Just cuz he's a man, I'm not going to say "We can't be friends cuz you or I might get the wrong impression". That's childish. It's definitly okay to have a guy friend.

Why not? I think it will work out as long as you don't cross the line into a physical relationship. Besides in several months or years you both might be without the boyfriend/girlfriend and decide to give it a go then.

i had a friend like that and our friendship went on for 5 years till he blew it by saying he had feelings for me. it had to end cuz i didnt feel the same way and being around him turned from fun to awkward.

Yeah, I think it's possible, but it's pretty hard lol. As long as you don't act upon any feelings you might develop for him, it should be okay.
