there are alot of ppl saying they hate eachother but than when they ask muslims say "most" of them dont hate hindus its just their religion while others like hindus say they do hate them.........there was this muslim who said he doesnt hate them as long as they dont hate him.........so im kinda confused.im gettin alot of different answers.....so i dont kno if the majority of muslims hate hindus or the majority of hindus hate muslims
or if they dont have a problem with eachother at all. i talked to a muslim guy and he said that he doesnt hate hindus unless they hate them.......but other ppl r sayin both sides hate eachother .and this hindu asked y muslims hate them(their own kind).this muslim said he doesnt,its just religion. but it seems to me that they really dont hate eachother its just things that has to do with religion and so on.for some reason this hindu thinks muslims hate them.well i kinda need help.

As a hindu, I will tell you this much. First, of all, people shouldn't be grouped by religion like that.
Next, most Hindus are from or have family in India. Pakistan, a country that is mainly muslim, has really bad history with India.
India and Pakistan have fought 3 wars over various things. There is quite a bit of bad blood there. So, naturally religion is involved, by saying by (I believe) Pakistanis who say that the war is being fought because of god's will. I don't think any Indian believes that the wars are god's will , they are merely the will of some people. I hope this clears things up for you, and does give you any bad ideas about Muslims or Hindus.

Well obviously it's a personal thing for everybody, it's based on their past experiences and the values that they were taught. It's really quite silly that some religions are automatically thought to hate each other. For example, why would Jewish people and Muslim people hate each other when their religions are so similar? I don't know much about Hindus and Muslims. but it's really quite silly how some of them hate the others. Often the hate is not real, but is an emulation of how their peers and/or family acts about the other religion.

Because Muslims ruled India[Except some parts of south India]for 600 years and in those years they treated the Hindus like second class citizens.They even imposed at 2 separate times a head tax on non Muslims called' jazia' Or 'zazia'During the Mogul Empire time their rule was absolute by the time of the last really powerful Fanatic Emperor called Aurangzeb the social Unrest became part of the day.In south west India a Hindu War lord by the name of Shiva jee ought with him a guerrilla war for 20 years,In north Sikhs which are a militant offshoot of Hindus weakened the Empire very considerably till after him they became the Rulers of Punjab.So the enmity continued during the British rule till India became Independent and was divided mainly on the basis of Hindu and Muslim majority Areas called India and Pakistan.The enmity exists mainly because of religions and the past history.although educated classes on both sides are more on friendly basis and do not care a lot and are mostly interested in good relations.I hope it helps you.

Intolerance to tolerance. You can not catergorise a single person by what religion they ascribe to. Everybody is different with different beliefs even within the same religion. Why do muslims hate muslims? Why do hindus hate hindus? Why do christians hate christians? Not all do. It is more of a person thing than a religion thing. Intolerance to tolerance. PEACE!

Dear brother, asa Muslim I can tell you that my religion condemns any form of murder, as another brother earlier said we do not indulge in worship of another religion but strongly have to keep up our respect for any non Muslim, now coming to the question the truth is we can't burst crackers on Diwali for the religious cause of it but can for the fun and joy behind it,I am not a hater of any religion as a Muslim but when people like rss show up we never die a helpless death Islam gave me all rights to defend my self but as you know no religious riot was ever of Muslim origin, and the Sanskrit part is no problem I guarantee you that any Muslim can learn Sanskrit at will,I have a cousin whose second language is Sanskrit, as for other answerers to the question that wanted a Hindu India, GO **** yourself my family has over four members who laid down their life fighting for this nation - LT.bashir Indian navy

it's probably not the majority but you have to look at the extremes which are:
1. muslims are desirous to spread the religion
2. hindus think they are better than everyone else (they are more of a humanistic philosophy than a religion)
since their countries are in close contact, naturally there arise problems

Because there are so many Muslims in India and Hindus are nice to them. Because Hindus are tolerant. But there are hardly any Hindus in Pakistan and the Muslims in Pakistan are raping and forcefully converting the Hindus. Its convert or die when it comes to Islam. That is why I hate Muslims. One Hindu does something bad to a Muslim and all the Muslims go crazy and play victim and talk about how terrible and racist Hindus are. But there are so many Hindus dying everyday in Pakistan and no one cares about that. Muslims are causing so much harm and terror in Europe and no one wants to talk about that. There is a huge double standard when it comes to Muslims.

Not that we hate them, but some Muslims (I am Muslim) are too ignorant, and they think that they're the best, but I'd rather be a good person and not think that our religion is the best, it's just that I guess we just don't get along. I dunno.
