The legal age of consent is 16 in Pennsylvania, as long as you are not 4 or more years old than her. According to Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania statutes, persons between the ages of 13 and 16 may have sexual intercourse with persons between the ages of 13 and 17, and vice versa. The "complaintant" must be at least 13 years old and the "actor" must not be more than four years older than the complaintant.
