Nice try. The Democratic Party does include gay rights. Of course there will be some people who gay bash that may be in the Democratic Party. That doesn't mean all are gay bashing. If that was the case, then that would mean those in the Republican Party are pedophiles (Foley). Does that make you a pedophile?

Actually, it's the Republicans that keep trying to convince people they're the "party of inclusion." It's their phrase. And if you're talking about Mark Foley, it's because he's a pedophile. It wouldn't really be a scandal if he was just caught IMing a consenting adult. But he specifically targets underage boys. The real problem is that "Denny" Hastert knew about it, did nothing, and suddenly when it goes public starts calling for a full investigation. It looks bad for the "party of values," if your values are only relevant when they show up in the press.

How do you figure Dems are bashing gays???? Hypocritical Republicans have forbidden and voted against Gay marriage, yet they sure don't mind covering up for a fellow congressman that was trying to get in a young boy's pants.

Democrats don't bash regular gays, just the republican gays and pedaphiles that hide behind their "morals" to do at night what they protest to with vigor in their day job.
