People who don't get their work done and then expect me to pick up the slack. And they're usually the ones earning more than me for doing far less.

For my answer, I must give a little background info. At an office I used to work at, I thought it was a little weird that these three co-workers would use every minute of their two 15 minute breaks during the day in the bathroom together. I figured they must be doing girl stuff and gossiping, so I didn't ask. One day, the company was holding interviews for a position. After the girls all went on their first 15 minute break together, I took mine. I headed to the mensroom first when I noticed someone coming out of the ladiesroom. Her legs were wobbling and she fell against me. When I asked if she was all right, she was barely able to catch her breath to tell me, "I'm sorry, but I just had the best 15 minutes of my life! I'm glad I came 45 mins. early!" I just said the only thing I could think of at the time, "Well, I certainly hope you get the position." She did in fact get hired and from there the sex-play in the ladiesroom moved into their offices and got to a point that was so uncomfortable, I had to quit. I wasn't about to fall into a trap and get myself stuck with a lawsuit and fired. So I guess that's my biggest pet peeve, sexual harrassment.

I can't stand people with bad grammar. I hate it when I'm talking to someone and they're speaking like they're in 1st grade. I just want to tell them to read a book.

Thats a good one
What about the ones that are working with you and act all nice to you, then make up stuff after you leave and try to get you in trouble?

Women who wear shoes with a big heel and they go stomping through the lobby, or when they wear flip flops and every step you hear slap, slap, slap.
Or when people ask dumb questions, or questions about things that are none of their business.

My is men who step out of the restroom stalls; and walk right by the sink without washing their hands. That pisses me off the most. Being in IT, I have to touch people's keyboards and shake their hands.

That's never bothered me. But I have this one person in my office, who keeps giving me work to do, and then she'll check up on me to make sure I do it, and she tells me she'll fire me if keep not doing it. Man, I hate that.
Also, flip-flops. You're not at the beach. Wear sensible shoes.

Nosy, backstabbing, gossipy, useless motherfuckers who can't mind their own business, don't do their own work anyways, and try to undermine everything that you do while you're working your @ss off to get things done.
