Have you looked to see which peoples are most likely to do just that. But then almost nobody brings binoculars up The London Eye. So why one and not the other?

The view is better from high up, and the person who put the binoculars there must be reimbursed for his expense or he will not do it. ---Jim

It's neat to see how far you can see from that high up,plus it's probably something you'll do only once in your lifetime(for some of us anyway).
