The toe, in humans the big toe or hallux, is the last lever used to push off the ground during walking. Without that toe, the mechanics of walking would be very difficult, and not very efficient.

The toes are important for balance and direction to the body when walking and running. We have all experienced a problem at one time or another with a sore toe. On such occasions none of us would minimize the importance of this small, but important part of the body.
A custom occasionally practiced to incapacitate a captured enemy was to cut off his thumbs and big toes. The purpose appeared to be to humiliate the captive king and render him unfit for leadership.
Alludes to the installation of the priesthood in Israel. Moses took some blood of the ram and put it on the right ear, the right thumb, and the right big toe of Aaron and each of his sons. The blood of the sacrifice on the prominent member of the right foot would seem to indicate that the priests had to walk to the best of their ability in the sacrificial duties of the priesthood.
Are there yet other lessons we might derive from the fact that the toe gives balance to a body? One definition of “balance” is “mental and emotional steadiness.
Toes also provide direction to a body when walking. In a spiritual sense, this could also refer to the leaders in the church who provide guidance and wisdom.
this should be right.

Well no actually. And if i could it would probably be very difficult and i would need support, i guess. Each big toe plays an important part in the balancing of our body. If they're missing, then we can't balance our body, and if we can't balance our body, we wont be able to walk nor stand properly on your own. It's just the body's anatomy.

I cut my right big toe off when my foot slipped under a lawn mower a few years ago and the answer is that you would have to learn to walk again. I had to re-learn stairs etc. I still occasionally trip going up stairs due to the missing toe...not due to be a clumsy oaf...you big toe provides stability and balance.

Yes, Due to the fact my foot is surprisingly wide and big, more than likely even if I had two toes missing, I can still walk.

No you wouldnt.
First you would be in shock and slight pain when you noticed, then when you put your feet down on the ground the pain would probably be more than the desire to walk.
If you drug yourself to dull the pain you still wouldnt be able to walk, or walk well since most pain meds make you drowsy.
BUT
If you could bear the pain then you could, it would be difficult, but you could walk, it would take more concentration and adjustment but it would be possible. Now if you was missing all your toes then no you definately wouldnt be able to walk, maybe waddle.

I'll walk on my heels... I just tried it and it worked! I can also walk on the side of my feet... However, if I woke up with both your big toes missing, I'd try to find the bastard who cut them!
Big toes or no big toes, that bastard is going to get hurt...haha...

No, you need your big toe to balance. Your big toe is the most important toe. Eventually, you would learn how to walk without them, but never easily.
