sweetheart that's totally normal, don't worry. i get awful at that time of month - i get clumsy too - in fact today (the first day of my period) i accidentally walked in front of a car which, luckily (friday 13th) avoided me easily... quite a shock. i also get very depressed and feel my life is crap - then i realise it's my period and it lets me know not to give it so much importance because i KNOW i'll feel better in a couple of days and it's not really real.
please believe that suicide is never an option if you have anyone that you love - it is the cruellest, most destructive thing you could ever do to someone, and you sound much nicer than that.
call the samaritans at the really bleakest times - they are always there to listen and they've helped me in the past. in the meantime i highly recommend taking evening primrose oil about 5 days before you're due through to the end of your period - it really helps all the symptoms. you might also want to try giving up wheat as that really helps too, for some reason.
don't give up - lots of love to you.

Those are signs of PMS. But if your suicidal you really need to call the doctor maybe he give a recommendation on doing something about it. You really need to do something about it. Don't feel lonely. PMS gets like that but idon't think with the suicide.

You may not want to go to the Drs. but you need to go have some blood tests run. He can check on your thyroid for imbalance and your hormone levels.

I was severely depressed and suicidal for 7 years and less than one month on thyroid med. corrected the entire problem.

Some PMS is normal but when it gets radical you need to see someone.

There are health store items like the primrose oil that can improve your situation promptly.

Take care.

even though you dont want to go to the doctors, it sounds like you should and they can help you with your problem, i know you dont want to, but it will be sooo much better once you do, doctors deal with this kind of stuff all the time...good luck
