If you could have an extra sense, in addition to the five we already have, what would it be?

I think it would be cool to be able to take "out of body" trips. basically, you might get very relaxed lying in bed or on the floor and think of where you would want to go. Your "spirit" would go there and leave your body behind. You spirit would be invisible, but you could utilize all the senses you have now. You could go to a mountain top in a few seconds, feel the breeze, listen to the birds and the wind or the water. You could jump over Niagra Falls, but never get hurt. You could step into someone else's space and listen in on their converstations. It would be very interesting!! You could, of course, relax and think your way right back into your physical body in a few seconds.

i'd love the sense to sense when you're about to screw up in life. it'll just be an alert or a siren going off in your head whenever you're about to make a huge mistake. that'll be awesome..

I would like to see farther into the infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV). Being able to sense mass and density directly could be use full. Being able to selectively sense the entire electromagnet spectrum could be use full. ---Jim
