the sims 2?

i have never played the sims games before but can some tell me what they are about the ps2 version please

Its a little better then The Sims Busting Out,but The Sims 2 for the PC is the best!The PS2 version doesn't have the detail that the PC has,so if you get Sims2 for PS2 don't pay to much for it...go to Gamestop or EB Games.

i have the comp version. you should get a computer version its much easier to play. my bro had the sims 2 on his ps2 it was confusing. on the sims 2 you can make your own sim facial features, weight, clothing, makeup etc.. and you can pick a house to live in or build your own and you can decorate it however you want. a bus comes everyweek day to pick up teens, and kids to go to school. your teens don't have to go, but if your kids dont go they get takin away. your adult sims can apply for a job on the computer, or newspaper. you can have your sims read books so they can improve there skills ex. cooking skills, social etc.. the more cooking skills your sim has the more food you can cook. your teens can sneak out at night. just make friends with another teen sim, and once you are really good friends call them over the phone and click on "sneak out" and if they want they will pick you up in a car or limo and go somewhere but sometimes the police brings you home for bing out late.... your sims can get pregnant. you can check your mail, you have to pay bills. and you can order pizza over the phone. your sims can have bfs,// gfs you can make your sim a lesbo or a gay person lol... you can throw parties go shopping. hope this helps

it is basically living life through a game. They can be VERY boring. but if you r just starting to play with a ps2, try it out.
