I blame her parents. What were they thinking? "Let's give our emptyheaded daughter so much cash that everyone will hate her and she'll never have to work and we won't do anything when we see her in a green glowing porn flick, and maybe it's fine if she goes to three parties every night of the week" et cetera. There are a lot of dumb people in the world. She just happens to have a lot of money and is in the public eye so her dumbness gets magnified.
