I'm trying to explain hay fever in English. I'm not a native English speaker.Please help me. What I have wrote so far is "They are allergic to pollen and suffering from hay fever. It mainly causes by pervasive cedar pollen."

Instead of "it mainly causes" put "it is mainly caused by", it makes more sense. Other than that, good job!!!

Afraid I can't tell whether Cedar pollen is the problem but the correct spelling is "They are allaergic to pollen and suffering from hay fever. It is mainly caused by pervasive Cedar pollen". By the way, "What I have wrote" should read "What I have written"

Hay fever is a general term used to desribe an allergic reaction to grass pollen. Different people suffer to different degrees and higher pollen levels are in the air on some days rather than others.
