It would not be sacreligious. There is a man who dresses up as Moses for every New Orleans Saints game and he is well supported in a heavily Catholic city. It is not that you would dress as Moses it is what you do while dressed as him that would matter.

Is a Fench Maid in Latex offensive. Or a Baby Seal Hunter. Or a Priest with a Lollipop and a six-pack of Trojans. How bout a School Teacher with a Ruler. Farmer with a hoe and a lamb.
People can and will be offended because they choose to be offended. Is it right to dress as a character from a book, depends on the book, or does it. It isup to you, if you thinks its offensive, then it is, is it Legal? yes, offensive? the jury is gonna be out on what that is for a while.

I don't see what the problem is. Moses should be an inspiration to dress up as him. Even if you dressed up as Jesus. I don't hardly anyone would have a problem with it as long as your participating.

dressing up as moses is okay, it wouldn't offend anyone. like wen kids my age dress up as lucifer or a devil. that doesn't mean they turned away from god. so... that means you can dress up as moses if you want!!!! btw, i'm only 11.

yeah, that could work. Except those stone tablets become awfully heavy after a while. I wonder how the dude made it off the mountain in the first place.

I don't think it would offend anyone. Just don't go around throwing your stone tablets at all the "sinners" on the streets and you'll be fine.
