A good dermatologist will have something for you, they have good knowledge of this, Triamcinolone Acetonide 1% worked great for me in my worst times. Don't worry yourself with over the counter products, see a dermatologist. He might help rid you of the root cause as well as stop the itch.

Blow on it, or take a cloth and tap on it but not hard enough to scrape the skin.
Benadryl helps contain itching from the inside out.

i cant. but i spose if you are patient the itch will just will go away try it next time you get the erge to scratch a itch

Yes there are creams you can put on which will stop itch. I think cortisone is an active ingredient.

lanocane powder.goes on like talc and cools the skin and sooths the itch
