Well, I don't know if this is an issue worth worrying about, but please help me - any advice is appreciated.
On September 1st-2nd I ovulated. On the 8th - 12th, I was with this guy and we "fooled around". Although we never did engage in sex, I am still concerned. He fingered me, but never went inside me. Just on the outside. Also, he *might* have had dry precum on his fingers, but I doubt it because before he "rubbed" on that area, he rubbed against my stomach and stuff for a few seconds. Now here's the issue.
Don't human eggs survive for only 24-48 hours? If this is the case, my egg (which I ovulated on the 1st to 2nd of sept.) should have been disintigrated, right?

Well, I had my period on the 15th of september (as expected!) This should have washed out anything, right? I ovulated again on the 29th of september, and my period is due today. Yet, its not here. I am feeling all the symptoms though (leg cramps, tender breasts)

Is there any chance I am pregnant? Or am I just worrying?

Oh, I have learned my lesson! I'm going to wait to "fool around" till I am married now. Too much stress the other way around.

I am just too worried now :(

I think you'll be fine, doesn't sound like you should worry, your period may just be a little late is all, could be the case if you're very very het up about this (stress, etc) so relax, if you're still not sure take a test or see your GP.

Plus if you're feeling the symtoms then chances are you'll be on tomorrow, or overnight :)

You got your period for September, you're fine, not pregnant. If there was even the remote chance of preggers, you would have not gotten your period last month, it has no bearing on this month. And you can NOT get pregant by dry pre-*** if he never actually got inside you, his boys have no way to get in there without getting to "the hole," sorry to be so descript.
I too am a touch paranoid about these things as well, so I totally know how you feel, hope this helps.

Yup, human ova don't last that long, and 7 days after ovulation is not a very fertile time for you. The chances of you being pregnant are very very slight, especially if you didn't have intercourse... what you describe is unlikely to get you pregnant even if you were at peak fertility. If your period doesn't arrive soon take a pregnancy test but I wouldn't stress out at all... you aren't even late yet!

You're not pregnant. Stress can delay your period, so if you're stressing about something like this it will probably come later. The chances of getting pregnant with full intercourse are already fairly slim (most people have sex quite a lot of times before they fall pregnant). So its just your worrying about it that is delaying your period.

If you already had a period since you fooled around then I wouldn't be worried. But make sure you are practicing safe sex in the future to avoid the worry :)

I think you are just worrying because you need to have live sperm to get pregnant, not dried up precum.
