I would like to open new branches of KFC & Pizza Hut (some where in the middle east) ... how can I contact the people in charge of business development in KFC and Pizza Hut ??? what are the requirements to do so??? (web site, e-mail address or phone number)??? I have been searching the internet for a while; but I can not get there.

You want to open a duel franchise in the middle east and you can't figure out how to contact the Corporation? It seems like maybe you should start in your hometown first, so you can get things figured out.
Just a clue. Walk into a KFC, ask the manager for his or her district managers name and phone number so you can call and get the Franchise expansion department.

These fast food chains are a franchise. In order to join a franchise you need to pay the overall owners (i.e. the founder) a certain sum of money, and in return they will allow you to ise their methods, recipes, and name (obviously! lol..). Try www.bizbuysell.com. Good luck!
