relax just a question you haven't done anythig funny and they got embarrassed when you did it?

My wife and I always enjoy embarrassing our children. It is fun and they embarrass so easily.

I don't embarrass them for fun, I embarrass them by just being me.
I will get them some day, I'll teach them how embarrassing I can be. Some summer day when they have friends over I will introduce myself while wearing a shirt buttoned up to the top, shorts down to my knees, black socks almost up to my knees and sandals on my feet. The total nerdy dad look. Too bad I get a buzz cut for the summer or I would slick down my hair too.

they have embarrassed me from time to time but I am trying to teach them the proper way to behave and no I do not try to embarrass them on purpose that is just wrong.

When I was young and would misbehave my mom would imitate me when I was with my friends or at least threaten to imitate me.
Example: I would get ontop of a table in the yard and scream. My mom would ask what would you do if I did that infront of your friends? I never did it again!! She proved her point.

I think that goes both ways. I hate it most when I do not intend to embarrass them and do. I used to think I was cool =( .

I don't have any kids but my nephew embarrasses me all the time. I'd never embarrass my kid on purpose.

If you embarass your children for fun, you are sick. That could cause them long term problems.
