The problem is that I am 15 and he is 18 but I don't know what to do know

All of you are saying that I need to talk to my parents but my mom died last year and my dad is a drunk that comes home about once every two weeks

Well he has only one choice and that is to support the baby that you are going to have. You did not make that baby on your own he had something to do with it, if you can try contacting his parents. When the baby is born haul his butt to court for child support. I am not sue anything else that you can do, have a talk with your parents.

Well since you obviously can't talk to your parents find a relative or another adult that you trust to help you. If you or your father wish to press charges against him you can. Also I know it may hurt that he won't talk to you but now is the time to think about what is in the best interest of the baby. If he doesn't want anything to do with you, there is nothing you can do but please make sure that you get child support your baby will need all the help it can get.
In the end although you are young and it's a lot for anyone to take on you will have to make the desicion of what is best for both you and the child.

Just take him to court when the child is born,you should not be having sex at all,and to be having sex with a 18 year old guy's baby not good at all.Don't you know where this could lead to he could get locked up for this,even if you tell your parents what's going on you might not want to press charges but your parents can cause you are under age.My step-daughter is the same age as you and pregnant and her childs father is 18 and she's dumb she trapped him on purpose and he's still with her until she has the baby,little do she know she has another thing come cuz he's a deadbeat.

Hope you have told your mother! Have you decided that your teenage years will stop now! Your teen days ended that day, the guy is just as scared as you are, but guess what. Mommy's baby and Daddy's maybe ring any bells? Meaning dont look for him to do the right thing either. If you keep the kid its on you and be a good mom dont let your mother do all the work. IF he got sense he will come and see about you. BUT IF HE DONT talk to YOUR MOM and Go See HIS MOM and you have a real good talk about it. he is 18 years old and child support procedures sound about right and paternity testing as well. watch out might say ITS NOT MINE EITHER

First, talk to mom and/or dad if possible. They may not like it but it will affect them in a major way too. The guy is obviously a jerk, inmature, or both. He will have to do a paternity test and he may also be facing statutory rape charges. If mom or dad aren't a viable first choice figure out an adult you can trust, this is too much for a 15 year old to deal with alone. Good Luck.

Talk to someone you trust an adult family friend, highschool couselor to discuss your options becoming a parent, adoption, abortion whatever decision is correct for you and that you can live with. I agree with everyone else you need to let someone know that an 18yr old got you pregnant and find out what your state age limits are for consensual sex...if you have the baby you need to hold him financially responsible as well with a court ordered child support. Ignore all the assholes judging you and being jackasses about their answers here.
First of all, decide what you want to do - regardless of what is going on with the guy. Do you want the child? Do you want to have the child, then put up for adoption? Do you want to terminate your pregnancy?
If you can/feel comfortable, talk to your mom or parents, or even an older sibling. Do you have Planned Parenthood in your area? Look in the phone book....they offer counseling and alternatives as well. I'd forget all about the guy - he's not going to want to be a part of this.

Oh honey! You need to tell your parents about what happened and the guy you got involved with needs to own up to his responsibility. What he did is considered statutory rape! I'm so sorry that you have to go through this at such an early age, but I'm sorry to say that since you felt like being such an adult to have sex, you need to act like an adult. Be responsible!!! Now you're well aware of the consequences -- take this as a lesson learned!!!

As hard as it might be, you are going to have to make a plan with your parents. The guy might turn out to be a creep, and there's not a lot you can do about it. However, if you decide to keep this baby he has a responsibility to help you financially (at the VERY least). You really need an adult to help you out. I'm sorry you have to go through this. It is so hard.
