Well they can see what numbers you sent text messages to and also who you received it from and what date and time but as far as what was said on the text, no they cannot. Only the providers would have those and they do not look at it unless mandated by the law.. I know this for a fact.

Since this is "cell phones" and not computers...
They can't read the messages, but the bill will usually have a count of how many were sent and how many were received. It will not (usually) show to or from whom the messages were sent or received. That much detail in a bill is an added feature that costs more money. I don't know if it's even available to track text messages, as there could be pages and pages of information.

No. The carrier does not have access to or read text messages. It's considered a private service, and the text messages do not appear on the bill.
I suppose that with a court order they could start tracking text messages, but there's no way to access old messages.

with verizon, just as the voice calls cannot be monitored nor can the text messages.
you can get the caller id (where sent & received) for the message via the website.
the content of the message however is not stored.

Text messages (on cell phones) are not saved with the bill. They can be saved to the cell phone.
On pcs if you have "history" checked, then yes, anyone can see your chats. Or, if the computer has key-tracking software yes.
Bottom line: don't write down anything you don't want anyone to see or read.

no....you can only read the text message from the phone. now they can see how many you send out and received in a given month, but they don't know what's being said.

shall we assume for a 2d that they are attempting to end you from seeing an older individual and that they bypass to the police for help. With a courtroom order they could get copies of those text textile messages to apply against pronounced older individual. different than that, there is not any way for them to work out the text textile messages wanting having their palms on your telephone.
