use a stain remover from a local supermarket.
or try this:
Steps
Harden the gum by rubbing it with a cube of ice.
Scrape off what you can with a dull-bladed butter knife.
Rub the area with a pre-treatment enzyme product or liquid laundry detergent.

It seems it wasn't a wedding of a couple but a chewed gum and your sexy black pants, eh. You couldn't pull the gum off your pants coz you didn't sit back on the same chair again. Just kidding! Well, all you have to do now is just pull the black pants off the chewed gum if you can't get the gum off the pant.

Well, I don't know if this will work on your pants, but if you freeze your pants for a day, then the gum will harden, and if you work fast, you can chip off the gum without ruining the pants. Use tweezers or nail scissors if you have to.

Get a wet rag and place it over the gum. Then get a hot iron and place it on top of the rag. The steam will cause the gum to transfer onto the rag so make sure it is something you are willing to throw away.

The old trick is to rub ice over the gum and try to pick it off or you can take your pants to the cleaners

If the freezer trick does not work completely, you can send them to the cleaner. I sent a pair and they got it out perfectly. The freezing will usually work, though. You freeze them and crack the gum off....or use an old toothbrush to brush away the frozen gum.

I had some stuff once call goof off or something like that. I didn't try it on black pants but it did get all kinds of stuff off. You might also try ice or I heard that peanut butter will work, but I do not know about that. I have never tried them.
