Clinton gave money to Korea, so what else is new about US funding everyone but the Americans? Call it buying the enemy a dozen roses. The republicans have actually slept with the enemy and now have herpes and gonorhea and aids and they're spreading it to the rest of us and the rest of the world.

The Clinton Administration gave aid and so does the Bush Administration. Of the 310 million given last year 260 million came from the US. This was in cash and does not count food, medicine and other aid given from around the world. Largest contributor of food to NK is China.

America has been giving aid to North Korea for decades. We go into agreements constantly that we will continue to give aid to the country if they stop with their nuclear tests. They agree, take the provisions, then continue their tests.

To people defending Clinton, yes he did this. To people attacking him, yes he did, but so did many other presidents, including President Bush, up until recently. We've been trying diplomacy for years on North Korea and it's obvious it will never work.

In food aid which the north Korean`s used it the wrong way. They let the rich sell it for profit. But that is the only aid that was giving to them.
