It's not bad if you want to live a little below average. I went to work in the oilfield right out of high school in south Louisiana. By the time i was 21 I was knocking down about 75 grand a year. But the work is hard and you can't let up. If you live in the southern U.S. or in the Colorado or Wyoming area it may be something you may think about if you aren't afraid to get dirty and sweaty. One good thing about the hard work, it makes for great muscle tone. Better than getting fat.

Tahe whatever job you can get. The economy isn't as good as some economists claim. Jobs are hard to come by. Yes, this is a decent salary for someone starting out.

I am going to assume you mean $35 US. It's not bad. You are just starting out and it's something you really want to do. Good benefits are a real bonus, too.

Stop sending me emails you d*ck!
