nobody knows unless anybody travelling is required to report to a central body. Try lookin up in nationmaster.com or other similar sites. Play with some numbers from the tourist arrival data from world tourism organisation. But again how do you find x number of people who visited y country also visited z country. So any answer appears ok for now. % of people who have travelled 7 continents is 0.00%
