50/50

unless maybe you are accidentally ingesting exogenous hormones that are throwing your balance off.

reality though is that you are probably going to have a boy.

There are test tube baby techniques whereby they can increase the proportion of female to male sperm (male sperm swim to top faster) and this may help your chances.

Also, you might want to give the female sperm a fighting chance by spending some time on an inversion table after he fills you up.

Good Luck!

Your partner determines the sex of the baby, and it has nothing to do with your medical condition. i am in the same boat, i have two adorable little boys and would love a little girl, but there are no guarantees. I have researched this long and hard and can give you a few tips. I can't say how accurate they are but it is what i have found out!!!
The sperm carrying the Y chromosome swim faster than those carrying the X, so if you have sex when you ovulate or just after, it is likely that the Y will reach your egg first, resulting in a little boy. If you have sex just before you ovulate, the Y chromosomes will swim their hearts out, and die before your egg get's there, allowing the little X sperms who are left to fertilise the egg, and result in a girl!!!. But the only guarantee of a girl i know is through IVF. Hope this helps

This is definitely 50/50 still. I have a friend who had three boys (in fact, so far her husband had fathered four boys). When she fell pregnant for the fourth time we were all (her included) expecting another boy but no, she had a girl. Either way she wouldn't have gone on to have any more and would have been very happy with another boy but I guess a girl was a little bit like the icing on the cake for her :) You just never know, each pregnancy is pot luck.

I have the same theory as netty on this one except on the timings.
Male sperm does swim faster and dies quicker, therefore if you have already ovulation changes are hes gonna get there. So have sex 3 or 4 days before you are due to ovulate and the lil boy sperms will get there, find no egg and die while the girlies are doing the whole slow and stready wins the race approach and the egg will be waiting for them.

I have 2 boys and a girl and this theory worked 3 times.

Good luck

It depends on the time of conception i.e. You are fertile for around four/six days a month. If you make love on the day you ovulate you are more likely to have a boy and if you leave it for a couple of days, a girl. This is because the sperm that produces males is quicker but dies sooner and the sperm that produces girls is slower but lives much longer. - or so I read in a magazine.

the fathers chromosomes are what determines the sex of the baby, u just help with the looks but ask some professional reproductive docs what they suggest he might can try to inspire the female sperm. i had a boy and then a girl, and my husband is the younger brother with one older sister.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/hjE14
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

the man determines the sex but u can increase your chances by eating a lot of citrus fruits and even adding lemons to the bathwater, girl sperm survives an acidic environment better than boy ones! sounds daft but it can work!

It's always 50/50. Nature determines the sex of your baby.

Best of luck to you!
