Does anyone know how to get an Adept Builder to Master Builder in the Virtual Villagers game?

They have been at that level for some days now.

Once you rack up the tech points, you buy construction. Then keep the people building and one will eventually become a master builder. You have to keep at the game for a while. Keep the people on the table to get the points needed to buy what you need.
