I live in trailer park, and their is man who wants stand and watch our every move. I put off as being nosey. Then got to point he started watching my lil girl, and that is scary. I complained to the park manager and he talked to him. Well that started hole set of problems, he called his wife and they called DFS on me. Well it was prove false report, they day they closed the case, they lady came did her last visit, she was blowing bubble w/ my lil girl. There he was standing w/his beer in his hand watching us, even the DFS worker felt that was creepy. Now when went to end of the road waiting for my lil girl to come on school bus , his wife is vistiting him and she came to my truck and took my lic plate no#. How weird! They called the police a week ago saying nephew was driveing his truck( we just got him ) 5 hours ealery my husband told him to back the truck up next to our place and he took the keys befor he left to 2nd job. What should I do?

I think that you need to call the DFS worker every time you see this weirdo watching your child. Talk with your child about how some grown ups are not nice people and how she should yell and scream if someone trys something with her. I dont know how old your nephew is but if under 16 your husband should not have him move the truck as it sounds like these neighbors will report anything. Someone suggested going over there but unless your husband has a lot of control over temper Im not sure i recommend that. This could easily turn into a nasty incident. Watch your little one carefully and if possible always pick her up from the bus. Call DFS and complain tothe worker who came to your house if necessary because she can advise you better than I.

I would think about moving if you can afford it..if not, then talk to your little girl about not talking to the man, and to stay away, and also about yelling "fire" as loud as she can if she's in trouble (they tell kids to do that instead of help becuz noone wants to help it seems but everyone pays attention to a fire!). Make sure she is never alone outside and that you always meet her at the bus. He might just be one of those creepy weird men but I wouldn't take any chances, keep your eye out.

Its rather difficult to understand what you are trying to say, but it appears that someone is 'watching' you and your daughter. You feel such surveillance is annoying and scary and unwelcome, etc.
You should continue calling the police for EVERY unwelcome incident. You already have the DFS worker agreeing that his activity is 'creepy.'

Something's not right. Trust your instincts and protect your family. You may need to call the police and that may not be enough. You might be better off to quietly move to another area. Good luck!

Go talk to them. Don't be confrontational and go with your husband. They are likely afraid that YOU are the riff raff just as surely as you think they are. Maybe there has been problems and they are trying to keep an eye on things. Don't jump to conclusions...just go and be civil while trying to find out what their deal is. And keep your kid away from them untill you find out whats up.

Sounds like harassment to me--have you called the police? Even to just ask their opinion?
