Try one of the songs from either Riverdance or Lord of the Dance! They do a lot of really cool tapdancing there!

Theres an interesting song called Popcorn (by a band named Hot Butter). This would be an interesting song to tapdance to!
There should be a lot of places to get the song online... just google the name and the band.

If you want something unique, then use the Typewriter song. It's a classical piece of music, based on the sounds of a typewriter. You could coordinate your tap routine to the typewriter sounds and have a very pleasing and unusual act.
