i agree with you the only hats that i can find have the bill in the front... that wigger spigger hip hop n........... stuff is terrible... can u imagine them with kids....how the hell? besides ... no one can take someone like that seriously at all in anything. if i were u wear hats with bill in front at all times... yknow ,,, the normal way

ive always wondered too. i think if the bill is turned it either gangsta or kind of hip hop. just dont turn the bill completly backwards
